The University of the Peloponnese is organizing for the students of the Departments of Informatics and telecommunications; Economics; Management Science and Technology; and Digital systems, in cooperation with external organizations, the training seminar entitled:
Business Intelligence
The seminar includes 10 educational units, 9 of them being of technical nature (hard skills), while 1 educational unit is oriented towards soft skill development. The overall duration of the seminar is 40 hours, and these will be delivered within the winter semester of the academic year 2023-2024.
Participants will be involved in a series of groundbreaking educational activities, including virtual classroom sessions, sessions with Tech Industry Experts and mentors, Hackathon, development of a group Project on a real-world problem, presentation of solutions to it, while rewards for the effort and results in the context of the group project will also be awarded.
The total duration of the programme is 6 teaching weeks, starting on November 3-4. On the first week in-person sessions will be held on the premises of the University of the Peloponnese in Tripolis, while in the closing day (December 15) attendance certificates will be awarded. The seminars will be delivered on Fridays and Saturdays (no educational activities will be held on Friday November 17 and Saturday November 18, 2023).
